Your condition is due to pitta imbalance in ayurveda, which can weekend hair roots and leads to premature hair fall.

Stress, spicy foods, late nights can also be a cause of pitta imbalance.

- Avoid spicy, fermented and sour foods.

- Do regular head massage with medicated oil like bhringaraja oil. - You can wash off with good hair pack which contains Triphala, shikakai.

- Despite consuming a nutrient-rich diet, hair fall can still occur due to poor nutrient absorption.

1. Krimighna vati 1-1-1 after food (to detox body). 2. Pippalyasavam 10 ml after food twice daily.

Shamana

Avoid strong soaps, shampoo or hair sprays. Only use mild castile soaps. Hats and wigs are apt to cause hair to fall out faster, since they limit the air to the scalp. Avoid tension, stress, worry and hurry.

Your description suggests a possible Pitta imbalance, which often leads to issues like hairfall, acidity, and inflammation. Ayurveda sees health as a balance of doshas, and when one is dominant or disturbed, as in your case, it can manifest in various ways.

Start with a diet that pacifies Pitta. Cooling and soothing foods can be beneficial here. Incorporate plenty of sweet, bitter, and astringent foods. Consider consuming items like cucumbers, sweet fruits (like melons), leafy greens, and grains like basmati rice. You mentioned amla, which is great; continue with that. Avoid spicy, salty, sour, and fried foods as they can aggravate Pitta. Coffee, tea, alcohol, and high-sodium foods should also be limited.

Hydration is crucial yet often overlooked. Sipping on herbal teas such as chamomile or mint can be cooling and soothing. Aloe vera juice is another excellent option; have a small glass in the morning on an empty stomack. These can help in alleviating inflammation and reducing acidity.

Topically, look into applying herbal oils like Bhringraj or Amla oil to the scalp. A gentle massage once or twice a week can nourish hair roots and balance the scalp’s health. These herbal applications, coupled with a diet that pacifies Pitta, could gradually strengthen the hair roots and reduce the hairfall issue.

Yoga and meditative practices like Pranayama and Shitali breathing can assist in cooling and calming the mind, reducing overall stress and helping to bring balance back to the Pitta dosha. Practicing these techniques daily, even just for a short span, can be very effective.

Pay attention to digestion as it can be a root cause. Incorporate Trikatu (a preparation of ginger, black pepper, and long pepper), but cautiously, given your acidity issues; take it as suggested by an Ayurvedic practitioner.

Lastly, if the symptoms persist or worsen, it’s wise to consult a professional for personalized advice and detailed assessment. Extreme hairfall can be a signal of deeper issues, which may need targeted treatment.

The issue with your hair roots weakening seems to be connected to the imbalance of pitta dosha, as indicated by the presence of acidity and inflammation. When pitta is aggravated, it can indeed affect both your digestion and your hair health. To address this, start by cooling down your pitta. You might want to include more pitta-pacifying foods in your diet like cucumbers, melons, and leafy greens. Avoid spicy foods, sour foods, and excessive intake of fermented products like vinegar-based pickles.

In terms of Ayurveda, applying a blend of cooling coconut oil with a bit of bhringaraj or amla oil to your scalp can be beneficial. Massage your scalp gently in a circular motion with your fingertips. This helps in reducing heat in the scalp and nourishes the roots.

Additionally, consider incorporating Triphala churna in your routine - about half to one teaspoon at night with warm water can aid your digestion and soothe pitta-induced issues. Paying attention to your digestion is crucial; ensure that your meals are regular, and try to avoid eating late at night as this can exacerbate acidity.

Practicing Shitali or Sheetkari pranayama for a few minutes daily can further help in cooling the system and managing pitta-related symptoms like chest inflammation.

Since you’ve mentioned pitta accompanies inflammation, supplementing with herbal preparations like Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) could also support by helping to control inflammation from within.

If your symptoms persist, or if you notice no improvement, it’s wise to consult with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner who can examine your specific conditions and adjust the treatment as needed.
