I am really curious about this Ayukalp Brihat Vata Chintamani thing, because lately, I’ve been feeling just off, you know? Like, my knees have been achy for no reason, especially after sitting for long hours. It’s sooo frustrating! At first, I thought it was just aging or something but then I read somwhere that it could be related to Vata imbalance?? I always ignored the whole Vata thing but I’m begining to wonder if I should've taken it more seriouslly. Also, I've been experiencing weird stuff, like dry skin, and I feel colder than usual. My digestion isn’t great either, somedays it’s bloating, other days it’s just like... I can’t eat enough. A friend mentioned Ayukalp Brihat Vata Chintamani for similar symptoms, claiming it helped her, but I’m unsure if I should jump on this ayurvedic bandwagon.
