I am really looking for some insight on Kerala Ayurveda Draksharishtam. Lately, I’ve been feeling super run down, like even small tasks take all my energy. My digestion isn’t that great either — I bloated after meals, and can’t tell if it’s just normal or something worse. A friend recommended Draksharishtam and said it might help boost my energy levels and support digestion but I’m unsure if it’s really the right fit for me. I’m not usually into herbal stuff, but I figured a more natural approach might be better than popping pills. Last week, I tried some Ayurvedic consultation but they didn’t really dive deep into what I should do besides using Draksharishtam. Is it really effective? Anyone know if there’s any side effects? I mean, I don’t want to feel worse, ya know? My goal is to get rid of this tiredness and bloating! Also, how do you even take it? Just sip it or mix with something?
