I am really struggling with some persistent joint pain lately, especially in my knees, and I heard about SNA Amrutaadi Oil so thought I’d reach out here. It started a few months back, like I was hiking and then the next day my knees felt super stiff – I couldn't even get out of bed easily! Been to a couple of doctors, and they've said it's probably just wear and tear, nothing serious. But like, I am only in my early 40s, how can wear and tear happen so fast, right? Anyway, I started applying some heat packs and stuff, but honestly it’s only given me temporary relief. Then a friend told me about SNA Amrutaadi Oil, said it helped her mom a lot with joint issues. But I am not sure how effective it actually is? Is it really something that can help with knee pain? And does anyone know how to apply it correctly or how often? I’m kinda tired of taking painkillers every day, they just mask the pain for a bit but don't really fix anything, ya know? I am hoping this SNA Amrutaadi Oil could be a better option, but I am skeptical. Would love to hear any experiences with it or if you guys think it might be worth a shot. Thanks!
