I am really trying to figure out this whole thing with Abhyang C Oil. A month ago, I started noticing some joint pain in my knees and elbows, which had me up at night tossin' around. A friend suggested I try Abhyang C Oil since they said it really helped with their aches and stuff. I thought, why not? So, I’ve been using it almost daily for a couple weeks now, and honestly, I don’t know if it’s doing a whole lot or if it's just a placebo effect. My knees still feel stiff, especially in the mornings when I get out of bed. Also, sometimes I even forget to warm it up before applying – does that matter with Abhyang C Oil? On top of that, my skin feels kinda oily after applying it, which I wasn't really expecting. I read somewhere that it could be good for my skin, but I’m not sure if it's worth the greasiness. Sometimes, I feel like maybe I am using too much? I also want to know if there are certain techniques or steps I should follow when using Abhyang C Oil to make it more effective? Like, does massaging it in a particular way really help? Just feeling a little lost here and could really use some guidance!
