I am really struggling with some joint pain, especially in my knees. It started a few months ago after I got back from a hiking trip, and now, every time I try to bend down or squat, I feel this sharp, nagging pain. A friend mentioned Nagarjuna Kottamchukkaadi Thailam and said it could help, but I don’t know much about it. I read online that it’s supposed to be great for joint issues and inflammation, but I’m not sure how to use it or if I should be mixing it with anything else? Like, do I apply it with massage or just on its own? I tried a few over-the-counter gels but they didn’t do much—felt kind of ineffective, honestly.
