Adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari can support hormonal balance. Make sure consume them under guidance, as dosage depends on your specific constitution and needs. Include Amla (Indian Gooseberry) in your diet for its high vitamin C content. You can consume it as juice or powder. Apply a mixture of coconut oil and curry leaves on hair — heated together until the leaves turn black, cool, and apply once or twice a week. This nourishes hair follicles, promoting growth and volume.

To tackle acne due to PCOD, internal cleansing and hormone balancing is key. Drink warm water with lemon and honey in morning to support digestion and toxin removal. Diet should include fiber-rich foods, like fruits and vegetables, and whole grains to maintain a healthy digestive tract. Aapke balon ki density aur volume ke liye, aur aapki skin par acne ke liye, Siddha-Ayurvedic drishti se kuch prativi steps hain. Sabse pehle, aap apni aahar-vihar par dhyaan den. Vata and Pitta dosha imbalance in conditions like PCOD often leads to thinning hair and acne.

Bal ki health ke liye, amlaki (Indian gooseberry) aur bhringraj ke tel ka sevan aur maasik snan ki shuruaat kar sakte hain. Yeh tel balon ki jaddon ko majboot karte hain aur unhe portau karte hain. Bhringraj tel ko garm kar ke balo ki jado mein lagaye aur kuch ghanto ke liye chhod de. Fir saadharan shampoo se dho le. Amla powder ko paani mein ghol kar paste banaye aur hair mask ke roop main 30 mintues tak lagaye. Hafte mein do baar karne ka prayaas kare.

Skin par acne ke liye, neem ka priyog beneficial hai. Neem powder ko paani mein ghol kar paste banaye aur affects area par lagaye. Yeh anti-bacterial property ke liye jana jata hai aur skin ko saaf rakhta hai. Neem ke sath, aap haldi ka bhi istemal kar sakte hain, jo skin ki redness aur inflammation ko kam karega.

Daily routine mein, triphala powder le sakte hain, jo Pitta shamaka aur digestion ko sudhaar sakta hai, kyo ki agni ka samyak hone par doson ke vikratiyam rahne ki sambhavna kam hoti hai. Har raat thoda triphala powder garm pani ke sath le, isse aapke doshan ka samya sundar balance hota hai.

Yadagiri aur yoga ka anushilan bhi mahatvapoorn hoga. Yeh stress levels ko regulate karega, jo PCOD aur acne dono ke daire mein aham bhumika nibhata hai. Asanas like Kapalbhati and Surya Namaskar adequate hain. Jeevan ke har kshetra mein consistency maayne rakhti hai, isiliye in abhyason ko apne dincharya ka hissa banayein.
