I am dealing with some really annoying allergies lately, you know? Sneezing, itchy eyes, the whole deal. For the past couple of months, it's just gotten worse, especially in spring! I feel like nothing works, just a whole bunch of over-the-counter stuff that’s only a temporary fix. A friend of mine suggested I try Vaidyaratnam Panchagandha Choornam, saying it helped him with his seasonal allergies. I did a bit of reading on it, and I see it's supposed to help with cough and sinus issues too.
