Vaidyaratnam Dhanwantharam Thailam - #30517
I am looking for advice because I've been dealing with some annoying back pain lately, and a friend suggested I try Vaidyaratnam Dhanwantharam Thailam. Honestly, I never heard of it before but after a little research, it kinda sounds promising! So, I thought why not give it a shot, right? My back pain started a few months ago after I began sitting for longer hours while working from home. It’s like a dull ache that sometimes turns sharper if I move in a weird way. I've tried some over-the-counter pain meds, but they only help a bit. No luck on the exercise front either, because every time I think I should strengthen my back, I just end up feeling worse! I’ve read that Vaidyaratnam Dhanwantharam Thailam is used for various musculoskeletal issues. Has anyone here actually tried it? Does it really help with back pain? I wonder how the application works—do you massage it in or take it some other way? And are there any side effects or precautions to keep in mind? Do I need to change anything else in my routine when using it? Just feeling a bit lost and hoping this could be a solution for me!
