HELLO PRIYANKA JI, A FAINT LINE INDICATES THAT YOUR LH LEVELS HAVE NOT REACHED THE SURGE POINT FOR OVULATION. I RECOMMEND THE FOLLOWING- . MONITOR YOUR BASAL BODY TEMPERATURE FOR 3 DAYS. . MONITOR CHANGES IN CERVICAL MUCUS . AS OVULATION APPROACHES, CERVICAL MUCUS BECOMES CLEAR, SLIPPERY AND RESEMBLES RAW EGG WHITES. . TO INCREASE LH AND FSH LEVELS NATURALLY- 1. TAKE 7 HRS OF SOUND SLEEP. 2.TAKE HEALTHY DIET WITH SUFFICIENT PROTEIN. 3. REGULAR MODERATE EXERCISE. 4.STRESS MANAGEMENT THROUGH MEDITATION,WALKING, GARDENING, JOURNALING etc. . ALONG WITH THE MEDICINES THAT YOU ARE TAKING, ADD- SHATAVARI CHURNA -1TSP WITH MILK AT BEDTIME. . YOU CAN ALSO CONSULT PANCHKARMA CENTRE FOR BASTI KARMA. TAKE CARE, REGARDS, DR. ANUPRIYA
Given your history with irregular periods and the use of Ayurvedic medicines, it seems like your body is still working towards achieving a balanced hormonal cycle. The faint line on the ovulation test could indicate that your LH (luteinizing hormone) levels were not at the peak necessary to trigger ovulation at the time you were testing. This can happen even when periods improve, as the body takes time to find regular ovulatory cycles.
Your Ayurvedic regimen, including Chandraprabha Vati, Stree Sathi, Stree Sanjivani, and M2Tone syrup, is aimed at balancing hormones and supporting reproductive health. For more effect, consider incorporating some lifestyle changes with it. Ensure you have a diet rich in warming and nourishing foods like whole grains, cooked vegetables, and warming spices such as cumin and fennel to support your agni and balance vata dosha, which is often linked to irregular periods.
Practice stress-reducing techniques like yoga or meditation to harmonize hormonal function. Simple breathing exercises can also be helpful. Make sure sufficient sleep and maintaining a regular sleep-wake schedule, as imbalanced sleep can contribute to hormonal disruptions.
You may want to check if there are any recent changes or stressors that could have affected your cycle. If you continue to have irregular ovulation patterns, it may be beneficial to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for a deeper evaluation to adjust your treatment. Sometimes body needs time for natural remedies to fully take effect, but persistence and holistic support is key.
Do remember, however, that diagnosing specific conditions such as PCOD requires professional assessment, so consider periodic check-ins with a healthcare provider.
Hello sir . As stated my problem I want to add something more about myself . started getting my period around the age of 14 till one year I was getting my period then it stopped completely. I consulted many gynaecologist they gave me the same medicine for getting my period which was primolout-N after getting this tablet I get my periods otherwise I don’t get it without any medicine. So when I started ayurveda in feb 25 I got my period on may 16th but it was for 2 days only again I got it in the June month for 2 days only. But in August I got it properly for 4 days from 25th to 29th. Also, after 30th August I noticed some spotting everyday for almost a week. So my ayurvedic dr suggested to take some juice of durva . I did that n the bleeding (spotting) stopped. Now, I got my period on 14th September.which is a surprise coz it’s 10 day earlier than last month . Also m Marie’s and trying for a baby .
It seems like you’re dealing with irregular periods possibly linked to PCOD, and you’re working on managing it with the help of Ayurvedic medication. The faint lines on your ovulation test could mean a few things. Ovulation tests measure the LH (Luteinizing Hormone) surge that typically occurs 24-36 hours before ovulation. A faint line might suggest a few possibilities.
Firstly, it might be too early in your cycle to detect the surge. Ovulation might not have happened yet or at all, especially if cycles are still irregular. It’s also important to consider that sometimes ovulation may not be strong enough to detect if hormonal levels are imbalanced. This might require a more tailored approach to correctly balance doshas (energetic constitution), particularly pitta and kapha which can be linked to reproductive issues.
To support your body naturally and enhance the chances of regular ovulation, you might want to focus on your diet and lifestyle. Incorporate more fresh fruits and vegetables, and avoid processed foods. Drink warm herbal teas like ginger or cumin which can aid in maintaining a healthy agni (digestive fire). Regular practice of yoga or mild exercise can also be helpful. As ashwagandha and shatavari can be beneficial for hormonal balance and stress reduction, ensuring overall reproductive health may help along with the medicines you’re currently taking.
However, seeing a professional practitioner for a detailed assessment and personalized treatment planning based on your prakriti would be a prudent next step. This ensures that the therapy aligns with deeper imbalances and supports long-term well-being. If irregularities continue or you experience discomfort, consult a healthcare provider for further evaluation.
