Aapke symptoms, jaise ki excessive itching, dandruff, pimples aur hairfall, ko dekhte hue ye fungal infection ka indicator ho sakta hai, shayad scalp ki skin imbalance bhi ho sakti hai. Ayurved mein, ye condition kapha dosha ka imbalance ho sakta hai jo masya scalp ke uttapan ko badha sakta hai.
Sabse pehle, aap apne diet mein changes la sakte hain. Lemony ras, teekha aur bahut oily food ko thoda avoid karein kyunki ye pitta ko primote kar sakte hain. Din mein kam se kam 8–10 glass paani pittan, depleting toxins se saaf karne mein madad karega. Include karein patte waali sabziyan, aur fresh fruits jo antioxidants se bharpoor hote hain.
Agar aapka scalp oily hai to fitkari (alum powder) ka use karein, paani me mila kar hair rinse karne se surplus oiliness ko control kar sakte hain. Bilkul soft aur herbal shampoo ka use karein jisme chemical na ho. Neem oil ki malish se bacterial aur fungal infection ko control karne mein madad milti hain, sone se pehle 20-30 minutes ke liye massge karein. Yeh strategical use hona chahiye, taaki natural scalp ecosystem wapas balance mein aaye.
Yoga aur pranayam se stress ka level manage karke, body aur mind ko shanti dena faidemand ho sakta hai kyunki stress hairfall aur dandruff ko aur badha sakti hai. Regular meditation aur deep breathing practices, like anulom-vilom aur kapalbhati karne se bhi lagtore immunity ko boost karna madadgar ho sakta hai.
Naam boht inefficient aur chronic symptoms hain, toh zaroori h ki aap direct ek khud ayurvedic physician ya dermatologist ki sala le, especially since alternative try kar chuke hain aur koi asar nahi dekh rhe hain. Vo condition ko directly assess karenge aur specific treatments prescribe kar paayenge.
Fungal infection in the scalp, leading to itching, dandruff, and pimples, can be very uncomfortable. In Siddha-Ayurvedic tradition, we often link such conditions to imbalances in pitta and kapha doshas, which can affect the skin and scalp. Here are some suggestions that might help:
1. Neem Oil Application: Neem oil is known for its antifungal properties. Warm a small amount of neem oil and apply it gently to your scalp. Leave it for at least 30 minutes before washing it off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat this twice a week.
2. Herbal Hair Mask: Make a paste using henna powder, buttermilk, and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Henna is cooling and can balance pitta, while buttermilk can soothe and clear the scalp. Apply this mask once a week, leaving it for 45 minutes before rinsing.
3. Diet and Internal Balance: Focus on a pitta-pacifying diet. Avoid spicy, oily, and fermented foods as they can increase pitta. Include more cooling foods like cucumbers, watermelons, and coconut water.
4. Aloe Vera Gel: Applying fresh aloe vera gel to the scalp can be soothing. Aloe vera has cooling and healing properties that might help reduce inflammation and discomfort. Use it daily.
5. Proper Hygiene: Ensure you wash your hair regularly and keep it dry to avoid further fungal growth. Avoid sharing towels, combs, or pillows, which can spread infection.
6. Herbal Tea Rinse: Prepare a herbal infusion with boiled neem leaves. Once cooled, use it as a final rinse after shampooing. This aids in reducing fungal activity.
If the symptoms do not improve in a few weeks, or if they worsen, consulting a dermatologist or Ayurvedic physician for personalized diagnosis and treatment would be advisable. It is also crucial to avoid scratching, as it can further irritate the scalp or even lead to secondary infections.
