I am really at my wit's end here and hoping someone can help me understand the SNA Patolakaturohiniaadi Kashayam better. A few months back, I started experiencing really strange joint pain, mainly in my knees and elbows, like this dull ache that wouldn't go away. I was hesitant at first, but I looked into it and saw that it’s supposed to be good for dealing with inflammation or whatever. So, I gave it a shot for a couple weeks and honestly, I noticed some improvements! But then, I kind of worried that maybe I was imagining it because after a week or so, the pain came creeping back. Like, is SNA Patolakaturohiniaadi Kashayam supposed to work long-term or is it just something that kicks in for a bit? And are there any side effects I should know about? I'm also not totally sure I'm taking the right dosage—I mean, I try to follow the instructions but sometimes it feels a little confusing.
