Pichhle 6 saal se mujhe hairfall ho rha hai.. Pattern wala nahi h. mid scalp wala region me pura jhad gya h...nahate time pura baal girta h 100 se jyada..pehle apne aap nikal bhi jaata tha... Mujhe lagta tha ki stress aur pollution ya paani change hone ki wajah se ho rha h.. Lekin ab pura patla ho gya h..side-side se sahi mtlb temporal aur occipital wala region me sahi h... Lekin mid scalp wala region me Lagbhag jhad gya h...Family history bhi nahi h Hairfall ka... Mujhe pet ki bhi samasya h.. Gas bhut bnta h.. Pet saaf nahi hota h... Aur mere throat me bhi prblm h lagta hai jaise kuchh fasa hua h hmsea naak ke end me.. Mucus niklte rhta h hmesa...baar baar gala saaf krna pdta h khasi kar kar ke...aur scalp and skin oily h pura.. 2 din shampoo na krne pr pura baal chip chip sa ho jata h andar se nikli hui tel ki wajah se...dandruff ho jaata h turant...itching hota h scalp me...please solution btaiye... HELLO KISHU, I recommend the following treatment plan for you- The condition of hair and skin are indicators of our overall health.So, internal medicine and external treatment both are needed. Treatment - 1.Amalaki rasayan -5gm twice a day after lunch and dinner 2. Bhringraj tablet 2-0-2 after meals. 3. Badam Rogan oil - 2-2 drops in each nostril either in the morning empty stomach or at bedtime. 4.For hair growth - Castor oil mixed with coconut oil- Apply on the hair and massage gently.Use twice a week. .For dandruff - Tankan bhasma -5gms - Mix it with coconut oil and apply on hair ,leave for 2-3 hours and then shampoo 5.Triphla churna -1 tsf with lukewarm water at bedtime

Diet- Eat antioxidant and vitamin c,E rich diet . Eat amla, spinach,dates, soaked and peeled almonds. Avoid fast food, oily food. Yoga- Anulomvilom,Adhomukhashavasan, Uttanasan Lifestyle modifications - Take atleast 7 hours of sound sleep. 1. Dietary Recommendations: Pitta aur kapha donon ko balance karne ke liye, aapko spicy aur oily foods se bachna chahiye. ** HAIRFALL + DANDRUFF + ITCHING + OILY SCALP + OILY SKIN -> this shows kapha-pitta imbalance in your body -Kapha is responsible for oiliness, stickiness, mucus, dandruff, heaviness -Pitta is responsible for heat, inflammation, excess sweating, premature hairfall

** STOMACH PROBLEMS (gas, consitpation , incomplete evacuation, throat mucus)-> these point to weak digestion and ama (toxins) formation. Ama blocks proper nutrition to hair roots

NO FAMILY HISTORY-> so this is not genetic baldness, but acquired due to internal imbalance + environment + lifestyle

WHY MID-SCALP HAIR LOSS? In Ayurveda , this is typical when pitta aggravates in the central region of the scalp. The sides (temporal/occipital) remain okay because pitta effect is less there

DIET -fresh home cooked meals, green leafy vegetables, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, pumpkin -Fruits= amla, pomegranate, papaya, apple -Whole grains, moong dal, old rice, barley, -soaked almonds 5-6 + raisins daily -Drink lukewarm water, herbal teas- ginger, tulsi , cinnamon

** बाल झड़ना + रूसी + खुजली + तैलीय खोपड़ी + तैलीय त्वचा -> यह आपके शरीर में कफ-पित्त असंतुलन को दर्शाता है -कफ तेलीयता, चिपचिपाहट, बलगम, रूसी, भारीपन के लिए ज़िम्मेदार है -पित्त गर्मी, सूजन, अत्यधिक पसीना, समय से पहले बाल झड़ने के लिए ज़िम्मेदार है

** पेट की समस्याएँ (गैस, कब्ज, अधूरा मल त्याग, गले में बलगम) -> ये कमज़ोर पाचन और आम (विषाक्त पदार्थ) के निर्माण की ओर इशारा करती हैं। आम बालों की जड़ों को उचित पोषण नहीं पहुँचाता है।

कोई पारिवारिक इतिहास नहीं -> इसलिए यह आनुवंशिक गंजापन नहीं है, बल्कि आंतरिक असंतुलन + पर्यावरण + जीवनशैली के कारण होता है।

आंतरिक औषधियाँ (3 महीने के लिए)

1) त्रिफला चूर्ण = रात में 1 चम्मच गर्म पानी के साथ =पाचन में सुधार, मल त्याग को साफ़ करता है, आम को कम करता है।

2) आरोग्यवर्धिनी वटी = भोजन के बाद दिन में दो बार 1 गोली =यकृत का विषहरण, चयापचय को संतुलित करता है, तैलीयपन कम करता है।

3) गंधक रसायन = 250 मिलीग्राम दिन में दो बार भोजन के बाद =रक्त शुद्ध करता है, रूसी, खुजली और त्वचा की चिकनाई कम करता है

4) आमलकी रसायन = 500 मि.ग्रा. दिन में दो बार =विटामिन सी से भरपूर, पित्त को संतुलित करता है, बालों को मज़बूत बनाता है

5) शीतोपलादि चूर्ण शहद के साथ = आधा चम्मच दिन में दो बार अगर गले में बलगम ज़्यादा हो =कफ साफ़ करता है, श्वसन स्वास्थ्य में सुधार करता है

6) च्यवनप्राश = 1 चम्मच रोज़ाना सुबह =रसायन, रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता और पोषण में सुधार करता है

बाहरी। उपचार

1) बालों के तेल -नीलभृंगदि तेल = हफ़्ते में 2-3 बार हल्के हाथों से लगाएँ, धोने से पहले 1 घंटे के लिए छोड़ दें। दुर्दुरप्तरादि तेल का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं = रूसी के लिए सबसे अच्छा -अगर रूसी ज़्यादा है तो रात भर तेल लगाने से बचें

2) बाल धोना -हर्बल पाउडर (शिकाकाई+आँवला+रीठा) या माइल्ड हर्बल शैम्पू का इस्तेमाल हफ़्ते में 2-3 बार करें -त्रिफला के काढ़े से स्कैल्प को हफ़्ते में एक बार धोएँ = रूसी और खुजली को नियंत्रित करता है

3) एंटीडैंड्रफ स्कैल्प पैक हफ़्ते में एक बार -नीम पाउडर + आंवला पाउडर + दही -> स्कैल्प पर लगाएँ, 20 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दें, धो लें -विकल्प = मेथी के दानों को रात भर भिगोकर, पीसकर पेस्ट बना लें

आहार -ताज़ा घर का बना खाना, हरी पत्तेदार सब्ज़ियाँ, लौकी, तुरई, कद्दू -फल = आंवला, अनार, पपीता, सेब - साबुत अनाज, मूंग दाल, पुराना चावल, जौ, - भीगे हुए बादाम 5-6 + किशमिश रोज़ाना - गुनगुना पानी पिएँ, हर्बल चाय - अदरक, तुलसी, दालचीनी

इनसे बचें - ज़्यादा तेल, तला हुआ, मसालेदार, जंक फ़ूड, पनीर, पनीर, बेकरी उत्पाद, कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स - रात में दही, भारी मांसाहारी भोजन, शराब, ज़्यादा कॉफ़ी/चाय

जीवनशैली - गुनगुने पानी से नहाएँ, ज़्यादा गर्म नहीं - तनाव प्रबंधन - देर रात तक जागने से बचें, स्क्रीन टाइम कम करें - 7-8 घंटे अच्छी नींद - नियमित व्यायाम, टहलना, योग

प्राणायाम - अनुलोम विलोम = वात पित्त कफ को संतुलित करता है - कपालभाति = साइनस साफ़ करता है, पाचन में सुधार करता है, अगर बहुत ज़्यादा एसिडिटी हो तो परहेज़ करें - भ्रामरी = तनाव को कम करता है, नींद के संचार में सुधार करता है

आसन - सर्वांगासन = सिर के रक्त संचार में सुधार करता है - भोजन के बाद वज्रासन = सुधार करता है पाचन -बालासन = आराम देता है और रक्त संचार में सुधार करता है

घरेलू उपचार -रोज सुबह 20 मिलीलीटर आंवला जूस पिएं-> बालों को मजबूत बनाता है -खाली पेट 20 मिलीलीटर एलोवेरा जूस पिएं-> पाचन और त्वचा में सुधार करता है -सिर की त्वचा के लिए हर हफ्ते मेथी के बीज का पेस्ट लगाएं -रोजाना 1 चम्मच अलसी लें-> पित्त और सूजन को संतुलित करता है

जांच की सलाह दी जाती है -सीबीसी = एनीमिया की संभावना को दूर करने के लिए -थायरॉइड प्रोफ़ाइल = थायरॉइड की समस्याओं के कारण बाल तेज़ी से झड़ते हैं -विटामिन डी और विटामिन बी12 का स्तर -लिवर फ़ंक्शन परीक्षण -मल त्याग की दिनचर्या

Aapki symptoms ka analysis karte hue, lagta hai ki aapko Pitta aur Kapha dosha ka imbalance ho sakta hai. Simultaneous hairfall aur digestive issues indicate karte hain ki aapka agni bhi proper functioning nahi kar rahe hain, jo aapke metabolism aur tissue formation ko affect kar raha hai.

Sabse pehle, aapke agni ko sudharna jaroori hai. Ye haasil karne ke liye, aap apni diet mein kutch badlav kar sakte hain. Apne khane mein, heavy, oily, aur highly processed foods se dur rehne ki koshish kariye. Fresh fruits, salads, aur whole grains ko apni diet ka ang banaiye. Isse aapka digestion better hoga.

Haircare ke liye, week mein do baar neem aur amla churna se banaye oil ko scalp pe 20-30 minute tak lagake dhulen. Neem and amla antifungal aur hair-strengthening properties ko support karte hain. Dandruff aur itching ke liye, aap natural remedies jaise tulsi se bana hair rinse use kar sakte hain.
