I am struggling with some persistent joint pain and fatigue that's been cruzing my life for a while. It started after I got really sick a few months ago and even tho I thought I was better, my body just feels off. I've been trying various remedies, and my friend suggested Sitaram Balaswagandhadi Thailam. Dunno much about it, but she swears by it for joint issues and muscle cramps. I looked it up and saw it’s suppose to be great for inflammation and muscle relaxation, but I’m worried if it will actually work for me since my issues feel more chronic than acute now. Like I have this really annoying stiffness every morning that takes forever to go away, and I can barely do my morning yoga without feeling sore and like I pulled something. Is Sitaram Balaswagandhadi Thailam really effective for ongoing pain? I don’t wanna just throw something at the issue without knowing. How would I even apply it? Should it be done daily? Sounds kinda complicated. If it can actually help, I'd definitely give it a go. Any others out there tried this? How long before you saw results? Please share your experiences, I need some solid advice. Thanks in advance!
