I am really feeling lost right now, and I gotta share my situation with all of you. A couple weeks ago, I started experiencing this constant pain in my lower back, like it won’t go away no matter what I do. I tried stretching, even did some yoga which usually helps, but nothing really works, and it’s been sooo frustrating. I went to my doctor, and they recommended some painkillers, but I really hate relying on those. That’s when I heard about SDM Trayodashanga Guggulu DS from a friend who swears by it for back issues. Has anyone here tried SDM Trayodashanga Guggulu DS or know anything about it? I read that it could help with pain and inflammation, but I’m skeptical Also, I've got this weird ongoing fatigue that’s just draining me. Like, I wake up tired and it just doesn’t seem to get better even though I sleep alright. If SDM Trayodashanga Guggulu DS can help with energy too, that would be amazing! But I'm just worried about mixing it with my current meds or if there are any side effects that I should be aware of.
