I am feeling kinda lost with my health lately. A few months ago, I started experiencing this nagging pain in my lower back and then it spread to my knees - like, where did that even come from? I’ve tried a bunch of things, even went to my doc who suggested some physical therapy but it’s like, I can’t keep up. At one point, I heard about this Ayucare Lavana Tailam and thought maybe it could help? I mean, I’m open to giving natural remedies a shot since the conventional ones feel too... harsh? I read somewhere that Ayucare Lavana Tailam could be good for treating joint pain and inflammation, but I have no idea how to use it in the right way or even if it’s worth my time. Anyone here used it for something similar? Would I just massage it in, or is there some special technique I need to follow? Oh, and I’m a bit worried about any side effects because I’m sensitive to a lot of stuff. Honestly, I just want relief and to get back to my normal activities without cringing at every step.
