I am really at my wit's end here. A few months ago, I started experiencing this really annoying joint pain, especially in my knees, and I’ve been trying everything! I heard that Nagarjuna Anu Thailam might help with joint issues, so I thought, why not give it a shot? I started taking it, but I'm not sure if I'm taking the right dosage or if there's something specific I should look for in a good quality oil or anything. I read mixed reviews online, honestly. Some people say Nagarjuna Anu Thailam works wonders while others didn't feel a difference at all! I even asked a couple of my friends who tried it, and their experiences were all over the place. Like, one said it helped her so much, but another didn’t really get any relief. I am also dealing with a bit of anxiety lately, and I'm not sure if that could be complicating things. I want to know if anyone had similar issues with Nagarjuna Anu Thailam or if there are specific things I could do to enhance its effect?
