I am really trying to figure out if SNA Raasnaadi Choornam could help me with this weird pain I've been having. A couple of months ago, I started feeling this persistent ache in my lower back and honestly, it hasn't gone away since. I thought it was just from sitting at my desk too much, but I’ve tried stretches and even a couple of regular pain meds and nothing works.
