Malabar Kanchanara Guggulu Gulika - #34091
I am really frustrated because I’ve been dealing with these nagging joint pains for ages! About six months ago, I started feeling awful pain in my knees, especially when I go up and down stairs. It got worse after I took a yoga class – thought it would help, but no luck. My doctor suggested some pain relief meds, but they just aren’t cutting it. I’ve always been a fan of natural remedies, so I was doing a little reading and came across Malabar Kanchanara Guggulu Gulika. Seems like a lot of people swear by it for joint pain and inflammation, which are exactly my issues. But, I have no idea how to incorporate it into my routine. Do I need to take it with something specific? Also, I read something about certain dietary restrictions while using Malabar Kanchanara Guggulu Gulika — does anyone know if I have to change my diet? I’m trying to be healthy, but honestly, the thought of cutting out things is overwhelming. Also, any idea how long before I might see some sort of improvement?
