I am really confused and could use some help with my health issues. About three months ago, I started having these intense pains in my hip, right out of nowhere. At first, I thought maybe I pulled something, but the pain just got worse. After a bunch of tests, the doctor said it might be AVN (Avascular Necrosis). They prescribed some pain meds, but they don’t seem to help at all!!! I’ve read a bit about AVN Kulathadi Kashayam and its benefits for hip issues, but I don’t know if it really works. Honestly, I’m a bit skeptical 'cause I tried a few natural remedies before and didn’t see much change 😕. Has anyone here used AVN Kulathadi Kashayam? I’m wondering if it helped anyone with similar issues? Like, can I start taking it alongside the meds or should I wait until I’m off those? I’ve also been told to improve my diet and lose some weight but man, that's easier said than done. My friend who did Ayurveda said something about how AVN Kulathadi Kashayam could help reduce inflammation too, which sounds good to me.
