I am really confused about my health lately. A month ago, I started feeling this persistent heaviness in my head, almost like a cloud is sitting there. One of my friends mentioned using Sreedhareeyam Sankha Vati, which is supposed to help with clarity and concentration. I’ve tried various remedies like warm lemon water and even some meditation apps, but nothing seems to work. Last week, I actually got a mild headache that just wouldn’t go away, and I started freaking out a bit.
