For resolving dandruff and premature greying, focus on both external and internal remedies. Dandruff often worsens with Vata and Pitta imbalance, which is why it intensifies in winter. Use neem oil or bringaraj oil, warmed slightly, and apply to the scalp thrice a week. Leave overnight, then wash with a mild herbal shampoo. Tulsi extract or oil can reduce dandruff; massage it gently before wash. Curry leaves boiled in coconut oil also offer benefit for hair greying; let it cool, strain, and apply weekly.
