I am really struggling with focus and memory lately, it's like my mind is all over the place. A few months ago, I started working on this big project at my job, and the pressure is kinda overwhelming. Long story short, I heard about Sitaram Brahmi Capsules from a friend who said they helped her with similar issues. I decided to give them a try because I felt like I needed something, you know? But now, I’m just worried if these Sitaram Brahmi Capsules are actually doing anything for me. Took them for about two weeks, and honestly, I don’t feel much different? My brain still feels foggy most of the time. There was this one day I forgot my boss's name while talking to him! Super embarrassing, right? I don't know if I should be more patient or if there's something else I should consider. Is there a right way to take the Sitaram Brahmi Capsules? Do I need to combine them with something else for better results? Or should I just try a different approach altogether? Ugh, any advice would be really appreciated!
