Aapke acne aur pimples kaafi common hain, especially age 18 ke aas-paas, jab hormones ka imbalance ho sakta hai. Ayurveda mein acne ko pitta dosha ke imbalance se joda jata hai, jo skin pe garam aur oily hota hai. Aapko sabse pehle apne khane ki aadaton ko sudharna hoga. Khana me spicy, oily aur sugary cheezon ko kam karein, aur zyada fruits, vegetables, aur whole grains khayein. Aapne skin ke liye, neem, tulsi, aur turmeric jaise herbal remedies bahut faidemand ho sakte hain. Neem ko aap face pack ke roop mein use kar sakte hain ya neem oil se skin ko lightly massage kar sakte hain. Har din subah triphala powder pani ke sath le sakte hain, jo detoxification me madad karta hai. Ghar par aloe vera gel ya rose water se apne chehre ko clean rakhein. Aapko apne skin care routine ko bhi dhyan se choose karna hoga – mild aur non-comedogenic products use karein. Agar acne zyada severe hai, toh ek qualified Ayurvedic practitioner se apni condition ke liye personalized treatment lena accha rahega.

First off, acne and pimples usually signal a Pitta imbalance in yer body. When there’s too much heat — both physically and emotionally — it shows up on your skin. A few things that can aggravate Pitta are spicy, oily foods, stress, and even hot weather, so let’s tackle this from all angles.

Try to avoid super spicy, fried or junk foods. You know how tempting they are, but balancing your diet with cool, Pitta-pacifying foods can help a lot. Think cucumber, watermelon, and coconut water. They cool the system down. Drink loads of water too. Keeps the skin hydrated, flushes out toxins.

Then, talk skincare. Have you tried applying sandalwood or aloe vera? Both are soothing and can really calm down that fiery Pitta energy. Just mix a bit of sandalwood powder with water to form a paste or slap some fresh aloe vera gel directly on your face.
