I am really struggling with these painful joint issues. For the last few months, it’s like every time I get up from sitting, my knees just scream at me. I visited a doctor and they said it might be arthritis, which freaked me out a bit. A friend recommended Aimil Purodil Gel and swears by it, saying it really helped with her joint pain.
