I am feeling really confused and kinda worried about my health lately. A few months ago, I started having these digestive issues, like super bloating and irregular bowel movements. My friend recommended trying Pentacare Jeernamruta, saying it helped him a lot. I've been on this journey of switching to a more natural diet and it seemed fitting to explore Ayurvedic options, y'know? I started taking Pentacare Jeernamruta like a week ago, but I’m not sure if it's the right fit for me. I mean, they say it balances Pitta and Kapha, but all I feel is this gurgling in my stomach and kinda weird feelings after meals. Is that normal? I thought stuff like Pentacare Jeernamruta was supposed to be gentle and effective. By the way, I also read that it helps with detoxification, but I’m not feeling that clear and "light" feeling people talk about. I don’t wanna give up on it too soon, but could this be... y'know, not the right option for me? Or maybe I need to adjust how much I take?
