I am a little confused and honestly kinda overwhelmed right now. I've been trying to figure out what is ayush treatment after hearing about it from a friend. She mentioned it helped her with some digestive issues and even her anxiety, which has been a struggle for me since the pandemic started. I mean, I’ve been dealing with that weird bloating and mood swings that just won’t go away. It feels like I’ve tried everything – multiple doctors, you name it – and nothing’s helped! My friend described ayush treatment as some combo of Ayurvedic and other holistic approaches, but it all sounds kinda vague. Like, does that mean it only focuses on natural remedies? And can it really help with anxiety too? I found out there’s some focus on balancing body energies and all that, but I’m still scratching my head about it. What is ayush treatment really about? I worry that I might be chasing something that’s not gonna help me. I just want to feel like myself again without relying on pharmaceuticals all the time.
