I am really worried about my recent blood test results! My doctor said that my bilirubin levels are high, and I’ve been reading different stuff about it but honestly, it’s confusing. I’m not a medical professional, you know? I feel kinda lost. Like a month ago, I started noticing some yellowing in my eyes and my skin. At first, I thought it was just fatigue or maybe I was getting sick, but then after feeling super tired for weeks, I decided to get a blood test. That’s when the results came back showing high bilirubin. I’m wondering what if bilirubin is high – Is it just a sign of something serious or could it just be something minor? I’ve heard it could be liver issues or even gallbladder problems, but I also saw somewhere that sometimes it’s not that big of a deal and can be temporary. I drink alcohol occasionally, but not a lot. Should I be super cautious or can I relax a bit? What if bilirubin is high and I try some natural remedies? I’ve been looking into dietary changes and herbs. Is there any hope of just lowering it through ayurvedic stuff instead of medication? I really don’t wanna jump to conclusions or make it worse!
