I am really stressing out about this lump I found on my arm. It’s been there for a while but I didn’t think much of it until my friend pointed it out and said, “Hey, looks like a lipoma.” Now I’m freaking out a bit thinking, “how to remove lipoma without surgery?” I’ve read that sometimes they can just be left alone, but this one is kinda bothering me now, you know? It’s like this soft, movable lump that’s not painful or anything, but it’s just not very pretty. I’ve tried some home remedies, like turmeric and apple cider vinegar, but I’m not sure if they’re working. I duno if they actually can help with how to remove lipoma without surgery or if I'm just wasting my time. Sometimes it seems like it gets a little smaller, then it puffs back up again. Do any of you have suggestions or natural remedies? Like, maybe there are specific herbs or oils or diets that could help? I really don’t want to go down the surgery path if I can avoid it. Any tips on how to remove lipoma without surgery would be awesome! I just want to feel more relaxed about this and not so stressed every time I see that lump. Thanks!
