I am dealing with this really frustrating issue of pigmentation around my mouth, and honestly, it’s taken a toll on my self-esteem. A few months ago, I started noticing these darker patches forming around my lips. At first, I thought it was just a reaction to something I used, maybe a new lip product or sun exposure, but even after switching back to my regular stuff, it’s still there! I’ve tried some creams but nothing really seems to be working. I am a bit scared to go the chemical route, since I heard they can cause more harm than good sometimes. I heard about how Ayurveda focuses on natural remedies, and I’m curious if there’s a way in Ayurveda how to cure pigmentation around mouth. Do you think things like diet changes or specific herbal treatments could help? Sometimes, I'm not really sure if I should focus on topical applications or if it's more internal. Also, is there something I should avoid, like certain foods or products? This pigmentation around my mouth feels like it’s kinda stubborn, and I just want to feel confident again without makeup.
