Thank you so much!

For chronic allergic rhinitis, begin by addressing dosha imbalances. The symptoms of sneezing and nasal irritation often indicate a vitiated Kapha. Start each day by consuming warm water with a pinch of turmeric and black pepper to aid in reducing inflammation and clearing mucus. Pranayama, specifically Anulom Vilom, can help in strengthening the respiratory tract and alleviating symptoms; practice for ten minutes every day, focusing on calm, deep breaths.

For dietary adjustments, limit dairy, cold food, and processed sugars, as these can aggravate Kapha. Favor light, warm meals that include ginger, cinnamon, and cardamom to fire digestive agni. After meals, sipping on herbal teas like ginger or mint can help soothe digestion. Including Triphala at bedtime can be beneficial for promoting digestion and regular bowel movements—1/2 teaspoon mixed with warm water.

Regarding cervical degeneration, gentle yoga postures such as Bhujangasana (Cobra pose) and Marjariasana (Cat-Cow stretch) can support spine health. Practice these for about 15 minutes each morning. Ensure you maintain proper posture throughout the day, especially if you’re sitting at a desk. An oil massage with Mahanarayan oil around the cervical region, once a day, can provide relief and improve circulation—apply gently, and keep warm for about 30 minutes before bathing.

To aid digestion and help improve weight, small, frequent meals enriched with proteins such as lentils and chickpeas are beneficial. Consider Shatavari for its nourishing properties and Ashwagandha to support weight gain and digestion improvement—take 1 teaspoon combined in milk, twice a day.

Always integrate these remedies gradually, monitoring your body’s response, and consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new health regimen if other medical conditions exist or if symptoms persist/aggravate.
