Back pain ka ye rishta paon tak pahuncha hai, jisse jaane kuch shiraon mein tanav ho sakta hai. Ayurveda ke hisaab se, vata dosha ki asantulan is sthiti ka ek karan samjha ja sakta hai, khas taur par jangal vayu ki adhikta jab naso par dabav daalti hai. Prakriti aur vikar ke anusar zaroori hai ki is samasya ko vyavasthit kiya jaaye.

Paheli baat, aapke liye snehan aur svedana pratikriya labhdayak ho sakta hai. Snehan yaani tel se massage, jo aap kafi garam tel jaise ki tila taila, ya mahi taila ke saath le sakte hain. Aap isse mari hui jagah par halki maalish kar sakte hain. Svedana yani steam therapy, jis se naso ki sthal par rakt sanchar sudhar hota hai aur vata ko shaman milta hai. Aap gharelu swedan ke liye garam paani ki thaili ya ushna sek (hot compress) ka istemal kar sakte hain.

Pathya apathya, yani diet aur aahar-wivhar ki baat karein toh, garam aur paruush vyanjan se doori banayein. Bhuna aur sukhha bhojan, lush pet khana na karein. Garam paani ka sevan karein aur ratri bhojan ke alag nahi kare sakte hai. Kam cheeni aur namak ka sewan karein.

Vyayam ke liye, hum sair ya chalne ka sujhav de sakte hain, magar hath-pair ki avashyak chalon se bachne ki salah dete hain. Yogasans jaise bhujangasana, shashankasana, aur matsyasana faayda kar sakte hain, lekin inhe kisi yogacharya ki nigrani mein karna uchit rahaega. Din mein kam se kam ek bar dhyan-pranayam kiya jaye kinchit samay ke liye.

Agar aapka dard zyada hone lag jaaye ya sui-sthaapan ki zaroorat mahsoos ho toh kisi ayurvedic visheshagya ya chikitsa dwara achchi postural alignment aur sharir ko samarth sewa zaroor karaayiye. Kisi bhi ilaj ke liye hammesha dhyan rakhiye ki samanya ilaj se kuch behatar parinamo ki umeed ke sath chalein.
