I am really worried about my health lately. For the past few months, I've been feeling super fatigued, and my stomach has been making weird noises. I didn't think much of it at first but then I started noticing some yellowing in my eyes and skin. It freaked me out, honestly! I went to the doctor, and after some tests, he mentioned something about my liver not functioning properly, and I think he said I might have liver disease. 😟 I've heard so many things about traditional remedies, but honestly, I have no idea how to cure liver disease. I started looking into Ayurvedic options because I’ve heard good things, but it’s all a bit overwhelming. Like, can I really trust herbal remedies to help with something this serious? Are there specific herbs or diets that can really make a difference or reverse the damage? I’ve tried to eat healthier, but sometimes I slip and go back to my old junk food habits. Ugh, the struggle!
