Aapke bachche ko abhi bhi H. pylori ke treatment ke baad kuch digestive aur thakan ke lakshan ho rahe hain, jaise dakar, ulti ka bhav, aur constipation. Yeh lakshan kab se hain aur kya khane ke baad yeh aur badh jaate hain? Kya bachche ko din bhar mein paani sahi matra mein milta hai, aur uske bhojan mein fiber kitna hota hai?

Kya aur bhi koi symptoms hain jaise pet mein jalan, raat ko achhe se neend aati hai ya nahi, ya kabhi pet mein phoolne ka ehsaas hota hai? Ajwain aur Saunf Paani: Roz 1-2 baar halka sa ajwain aur saunf ka pani de sakte hain; yeh agni (digestive fire) ko improve karta hai aur gas aur dakaar mein madad karta hai. Triphala Churna: Raat ko ek chhoti matra mein (1/4 chammach se kam) gungune paani ke sath dene se constipation aur gut health mein sudhaar aata hai. Lekin dosage par dhyan de aur doctor ki salah se shuru karein. Haldi aur Gud ke Saath Doodh: Haldi ka dudh din mein ek baar de sakte hain, yeh shodhak hai aur pet mein sujan aur infection ko kam karne mein madadgar hai. Aahar aur Vihar: Bacche ke diet mein halka, sanskari (easily digestible) khana, jaise moong dal ka pani, kichdi, aur seasonal phal shaamil karen. Bahar ka, masaledar aur taseer mein garm khana avoid karein. Sabse pehle, aapke agni ko majboot banane ki zarurat hai, kyunki jab agni thik tareeke se kaam nahi karta hai, tabhi ye dakar aur ulti ka bhaw hota hai. Apani pita ko balance karna zaroori hai.

Aap vanapacak (herbal antacid) powder le sakte hain, jo pita ko balance karta hai aur agni ko strong karne me madad karta hai. Ye powder adh cups warm water me milakar khane ke 15 mint baad le.

Aapko har subha ek choti chamach amla powder garm pani ke sath lena chahiye. Ye aapke sharrir ko majboot banayega aur thakan ko kam karega, kyonki amla mein vitamain C ki maatra acchi hoti hai.

Ulti ka bhaw kam karne ke liye, dhaniya (coriander) aur mulethi (liquorice) ka kaadha bana sakte hain. Kaadha banne ke liye, dono ko $thoda$ sa pani ke sath ubalein aur phir din mein do bar ise warm karke peeyein.

Aapne constipation ka bhi zikr kiya, toh iske liye aap daily raat ko triphala churna le sakte hain (1-2 choti chamach garm pani ke sath). Triphala digestin ko sudhaar kar mal ko soft banata hai, aur naturally constipation door kerta hai.

Apne khane mein fiber wale foods jaise oats, sabjiya aur fruits jaroor include kare. Aur, din bhar mein pani acchi amount me peeiyen, takki body hydrated rahe aur digestion theek se ho sake.
