I am dealing with this red, itchy rash on my arms that just won't go away, and I’m really worried. My friend said it might be because of my sensitive skin, but honestly, I don’t know what is inflamed skin? Like, is this serious? It started about two weeks ago after I tried a new moisturizer, and even though I stopped using it, the rash just keeps popping up. Sometimes it burns, and it's super frustrating.
