I am feeling really stressed and worried right now. I live in a tropical area where dengue seems to be a constant threat. My neighbor just got diagnosed with dengue, and I can’t shake off this fear. It's like, how to control dengue has been on my mind non-stop! I started noticing some symptoms in myself. Just a few days ago I had this sudden fever, body aches, and a terrible headache. It freaked me out since it felt just like the dengue symptoms they describe! My doctor said I might just be going through a viral infection, but honestly, I can't help but wonder about how to control dengue to keep my family safe too. I’ve heard a bit about using herbal remedies, but I’m not sure where to start. Like, are there specific herbs or teas that might help boost our immunity or even keep mosquitoes away? I also read somewhere about dietary changes that can help. Any advice on how to control dengue at home, especially in terms of preventing it would mean the world to me! It’s really overwhelming with all the info out there. Wish I could just wave a magic wand and make it all go away. Any tips or guidance from any Ayurvedic experts would be super helpful!
