Massage both souls with warm sesame oil every night before sleep for about 10 to 15 minutes. This will calm the nerves improve, warm and reduced tingling or burning after massage. So your feet in warm water with a pinch of rock salt for about five minutes then dry and keep them warm. Avoid walking, barefoot on cold floors and exposure to cold water

Internally, you can start on Ashwagandha churna half teaspoon with warm milk at night Giloy tab one tablet twice daily after food with warm water Triphala churna teaspoon with warm water at night Bala Asava 20 ML with equal water twice daily after food with warm water Take warm lightly spice food with ghee turmeric, ginger, avoid cold, dry leftover foods include almond sesame seeds, milk daily Regular walking, sufficient rest Check your Vit B 12 vitamin D, and HbA1c levels, as deficiencies of an aggravate, neuropathic pain, and coldness in extremities

With consistent Care for 6 to 8 weeks, you should begin to notice, reduced burning and improved warm in your feet
