In Ayurveda, dealing with multiple health concerns like gastric issues, thyroid imbalance, and weight loss requires a comprehensive approach focusing on balancing your doshas, improving digestion (agni), and nourishing dhatus (tissues). Regarding lehyam, one option to consider is Ashwagandha Lehyam, which is known for its rejuvenative properties and supports overall well-being.

Ashwagandha Lehyam helps in improving strength and immunity. It enhances digestion and absorption, which can be beneficial for weight gain and muscle mass. You can take 1-2 teaspoons daily with warm milk after lunch or dinner. Ensure that you start with a smaller dose to monitor your body’s response and then gradually increase to the recommended quantity.

For gastric issues and constipation, another consideration could be Dashamoola Haritaki Lehyam, as it aids in digestion and alleviates constipation. Consume a teaspoon with warm water before bedtime.

Since your digestion and absorption might be affected, pay attention to your diet too. Include easily digestible foods like rice, moong dal, cooked vegetables, ghee, and avoid heavy, oily, and difficult-to-digest foods. Regularly eating smaller meals throughout the day could help maintain energy levels and improve digestion.

Good hydration is essential, so drink sufficient warm water throughout the day. Incorporating yoga and gentle exercises like walking can also be beneficial in maintaining healthy body function. If you’re taking any thyroid medication or have other existing treatments, continue them as prescribed by your doctor and consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized advice considering your complete health profile.

For your symptoms, it sounds like an imbalance in Vata and Pitta doshas might be at play, combined with a disturbed Agni, which is affecting your digestion and metabolism. An appropriate lehyam in this context would be Chyawanprash, which is traditionally known to support digestion, boost immunity, improve hemoglobin, and nourish all sapta dhatus, promoting healthy weight gain and muscle mass.

You can take one teaspoon of Chyawanprash twice a day, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening about an hour before dinner. Consuming it with warm milk can also enhance its nourishing effects, especially for someone experiencing weight loss and low hemoglobin levels.

Additionally, incorporating Triphala Churna at night might help with your constipation issue. Mix a teaspoonful with warm water before going to bed.

Addressing Gall stones through dietary changes is key. Avoid oily and excessively fatty foods, and focus on a lighter diet that’s easy to digest—like steamed vegetables and whole grains. Consider using freshly grated ginger in your meals, which can aid in digestion and support Agni.

It’s crucial to maintain moderate exercise, which helps invigorate digestion and facilitates weight regain. Gentle yoga or walking can be beneficial without overstraining your body.

For your thyroid health, ensure your iodine intake is balanced, but don’t over-supplement as that can disrupt thyroid function. Regularly consulting a healthcare professional to monitor your thyroid levels is important, even when tests appear normal.

If gallstones cause severe, acute pain or complications, please seek medical attention immediately. Certain situations might need more intensive intervention beyond dietary and lifestyle adjustments.

These suggestions should align with a steady approach to address these interconnected issues holistically, enhancing your quality of life and overall well-being.
