I am really frustrated with this whole uric acid issue. Like, I’ve been dealing with mine for a while now and it’s just a big pain! I didn't even realize it was a problem until I had this awful pain in my foot a few months back. Went to the doc, and bam, gout diagnosis. So now I'm like, okay, how to maintain uric acid levels? I’ve tried cutting out certain foods, and honestly, it feels impossible! I really love my seafood and some meats, ugh! But the constant flare-ups are killer!
