Addressing multiple concerns can be a bit complex, but let’s break it down according to Ayurvedic principles.

For your acne concerns, this could indicate a pitta imbalance. Ayurveda suggests reducing pitta-aggravating foods like spicy, oily, and fried foods. Stick to a diet rich in fresh fruits (like pomegranates and melons), vegetables, and whole grains. Neem tablets or application of a paste made from sandalwood, manjusha and turmeric on the affected areas can be beneficial. Regular gentle cleansing with natural cleansers and avoiding harsh cosmetic products may also help in managing this skin condition.

In terms of digestive issues, it’s important to evaluate whether your agni (digestive fire) is too variable. If you suspect parasites, it’s wise to consult with a healthcare provider for diagnosis. However, Ayurveda recommends herbs like vidanga and nimba to cleanse the intestines. Fennel tea after meals can soothe, while regular consumption of triphala at night can help to maintain gut health.

Your sleep pattern issue might relate to a vata imbalance, especially if your mind is actice at night. To help, establish a consistent bedtime routine. Sleep before 10 pm as post-10 pm is a Pitta period which may make falling asleep harder. Drink warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg at night, and practice abhyanga (self-oil massage) with sesame oil before a warm bath. Also, meditation can calm the mind before sleeping.

Ayurveda focuses on creating harmony, so incorporating these recommendations into your daily routines could help stabilize imbalances. Remember, personal consultations with an Ayurvedic practitioner can provide tailored advice. If symptoms persist or worsen, involve Western medical diagnostics to rule out underlying issues.
