One friend swears by fresh cucumber juice, while another insists that aloe vera is the way to go, but what do you all think? Are there specific juices that are recommended? I tend to get mixed up—like, would something like pineapple juice be too acidic for me? Or is it actually soothing? I just want to feel comfortable again, and I'm open to natural methods.
