I am kinda freaking out because I just found out I have fatty liver grade 2. Like, I knew my diet wasn't great, I’ve been eating all these takeout meals and sugary snacks lately. I thought it was just a phase but this doctor really scared me when he said I needed to change my lifestyle RIGHT AWAY or else it could get worse! I did some reading, and I'm super confused about how to reverse fatty liver grade 2. I’ve started cutting out soda and fried foods, replaced them with more veggies and lean proteins, but it feels overwhelming. I’m also trying to go for walks after dinner, but it’s hard to stay motivated. My friend mentioned something about Ayurveda and that natural remedies could help with fatty liver too?? Like, is there something I can take or a diet that’s supposed to work for this? I feel lost and wanna do this right.
