I am really puzzled about this whole grey hair thing. Just a few months ago, I was sporting my natural color, and now I have like these strands of grey popping up all over! It’s super annoying because I’m not even that old, just in my late 30s. I eat pretty healthy, or at least I try too, but my mom said it's genetic. I don’t know if I believe her though, like can genes really just *decide* one day to go grey? I started noticing my first grey hairs after a really stressful project at work, ugh, talk about pressure! Since then, I've been looking into "how to cure grey hair" but honestly it seems overwhelming. I read one article that swears by certain herbal remedies and another says that a balanced diet with vitamins can help too. So which one is it!? Do you guys think there is really a way to reverse it? I’m a little desperate and don’t wanna rely on those dye jobs that smell awful and are so harsh on the hair. Also, I have so many questions! Are there specific herbs or foods I should be trying? Really freaked out about this grey situation — any advice on how to cure grey hair naturally would be appreciated!
