I have constipation issue and also having anemia so my doctor suggested me to take overnight soaked raisins but it increases my body heat andI got piles..how to use raisins in correct way?

You can soak black raisins which is cooling nature first soaks 5 to 6 raisins overnight in normal room temperature and then drink water first and then chew it Drink plenty of fluids Drink buttermilk coconut water barley Include cooling agents in diet like cucumber coriander mint melons Avoid sour spicy foods Night can take triphala churna 1 tsp with warm water at night For anaemia can take Punarnava mandura 1-0-1 Lohasava 4 tsp -0-4 tsp with warm water Draksha avaleha 1 tsp with warm water at morning
