For tinea versicolor, a type of fungal skin infection, there are several Ayurvedic approaches to consider. Neem (Azadirachta indica) is well-regarded for its antifungal properties. You can create a paste by grinding fresh neem leaves with a bit of water and apply this topically on the affected areas for about 15-20 minutes daily. Another option is to take a bath with water boiled with neem leaves which can help prevent the spread of the infection.

Turmeric, with its natural antimicrobial properties, can also be beneficial. Mix turmeric powder with a small amount of water to form a paste and apply it directly to the affected skin for about 20 minutes, then rinse off.

For your constipation, ensuring your Vata dosha is balanced is crucial. Start your day by drinking warm water first thing in the morning, which can stimulate bowel movements. Incorporate triphala churna into your evening routine, taking about half a teaspoon with warm water before bed. Triphala helps in regulating digestion and supports regular bowel movements.

Incorporate foods rich in fiber, such as whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, in your meals. Ghee, especially when taken with a warm glass of milk before bedtime, can act as a gentle laxative and soothe the intestines.

Considering your high-stress and lack of sleep, establishing a regular sleep schedule is vital. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday, even on weekends. Include relaxation techniques like pranayama or meditation to help reduce stress. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) can be supportive; it is known to help manage stress and improve sleep quality. Take one teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with warm milk once daily.

Consult an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner before adding new herbs, ensuring compatibility with your unique doshas and current health.
