I am really confused about my diet lately. I've been reading a lot about different foods, and I keep coming across this thing about curd rice. I grew up eating it, especially during hot summer days, but I never thought about whether is curd rice healthy or not? I started having some digestive issues recently, like bloating and mild cramps, and my friend suggested I should stick to light meals. Naturally, I thought about curd rice since it’s easy to make and usually makes me feel good. But now I’m second-guessing myself. Sometimes I feel like maybe too much dairy isn’t good, and I read some opinions online that said who ever eats it daily might face issues with lactose! Also, someone mentioned curd rice can be cooling for the body, but how is it when you have any kind of acidity? Is it good or bad? I just want to make sure that what I’m eating is actually good for my gut health. Do you guys really think is curd rice healthy, or should I look for other options? Ugh, I feel like I'm just going in circles here. Any insights would be super helpful!!
