For severe constipation, stomach ache, and vomiting, it’s essential to address immediate relief. Your symptoms may require urgent medical attention, especially if the pain is debilitating or you cannot keep anything down. Please consider seeking help from a healthcare professional.

In Ayurveda, such symptoms often indicate an imbalance in the Vata dosha, particularly in the Apana Vata, which governs bowel movements. Immediate but gentle relief may be acquired by using a teaspoon of castor oil or sesame oil with warm water at night, aiding lubrication of the intestines. Ensure hydration; sip on warm water throughout the day, which could help keep the digestive fire (agni) balanced.

Incorporate easily digestible foods like simple vegetable soup or moong dal khichdi, preferably spiced lightly with hing (asafoetida) and ginger to stimulate digestion. Avoid raw foods, spicy dishes, and cold drinks which can aggravate symptoms.

Consider taking Triphala powder, a blend of three fruits known for gentle detoxification and bowel regulation. Half a teaspoon with warm water before bed might promote regularity. However, if vomiting persists, avoid food intake and focus on hydration.

Try simple yoga poses or stretches like Pavanmuktasana (wind-relieving pose), which can help relieve gas and ease abdominal tension. Avoid vigorous movements to prevent exhaustion.

Rest well; your body needs recovery time. Prioritize calm, ahead of exerting activities. Practice deep, slow breathing when lying down to relax and ease discomfort, but remember: persistent or intense symptoms always warrant professional medical advice. Sometimes, modern medical intervention is the quickest route to comfort.
