how to use anu tel - #42622

Brooklyn

I am really struggling with some issues lately, and I’ve heard about anu tel, but honestly, I'm kinda lost on how to use anu tel properly. A few months back, I started feeling super anxious and, uh, my digestion has been off too. Like, I don’t even feel hungry most days and then I get these crazy cravings for junk food. It’s messed up, ya know? A friend mentioned anu tel can help with these problems, so I thought, why not give it a shot? I even bought a small bottle of it a couple weeks ago, but I really have no clue how to use it. Do I take it before meals? After? Am I supposed to mix it with anything? I read somewhere that different dosages might work better for certain conditions? I just wanna feel normal again, and I heard this stuff is natural and helpful. I’ve been taking a couple of drops but sometimes forget. Is that a problem or is it okay if I’m inconsistent? How long does it take to notice some changes? My friend said I should be patient, but yeah, I’m like, is that normal? If anyone could share their tips on how to use anu tel, that would be a lifesaver!

Anu Tel is an Ayurvedic preparation primarily used for nasya (nasal administration), designed to support upper respiratory health, mental clarity, and overall balance. To utilize Anu Tel effectively, it’s important to understand its administration and potential benefits concerning your specific issues like anxiety and digestion.

Firstly, nasya with Anu Tel is typically administered early in the morning on an empty stomach, or at least 1-2 hours after you’ve eaten, ideally before breakfast. Lie down comfortably with your head tilted back, and place 3 to 5 drops of Anu Tel in each nostril. Breathe gently through your nose and allow the oil to seep in for a few minutes. Remain lying down for about 5 minutes after application to allow the oil to fully absorb. It can be done daily or 3-4 times per week, depending on the intensity of your symptoms.

Regarding your digestive issues and cravings, it’s crucial to understand what might be behind them from an Ayurvedic standpoint. Irregular hunger and cravings often indicate an imbalance in Vata and potentially Kapha doshas. To alleviate these symptoms, focus on regularizing your meal timings, opting for warm, freshly cooked meals, and incorporating herbs like ginger and cumin to stimulate agni, or digestive fire. Consistency in following the nasya practice is important, so try setting reminders for yourself—iterate don’t worry about missing ocasional days.

While Anu Tel can support mental calmness and perspective clarity, you might not see immediate results; it’s usually takes a few weeks to notice subtler changes. Supplement this with lifestyle adjustments—like yoga or meditation—to soothe anxiety. As always, consult a healthcare practitioner to ensure no contraindications exist for your specific conditions. If anxiety or digestive symptoms persist or worsen, do seek immediate medical attention.

Anu tel, traditionally used for Nasya (nasal administration), can be quite beneficial in balancing the doshas, especially if you’re feeling anxious and experiencing digestive issues. It’s designed to help clear the nasal passages, support the mind, and improve overall clarity – which can indirectly aid your digestive fire (agni). Here’s how you might begin incorporating it into daily routine.

First, use anu tel in the morning or during your daily self-care practices. Find a calm and quiet place to ensure relaxation during the application. Before start, make sure your head is tilted slightly back — you can lie down or keep head supported while seated. Drop 2 to 3 drops of anu tel into each nostril. Inhale gently, allowing the oil to enter your sinuses. This can help calm vata dosha which often leads to anxiety and digestive issues.

If you’re feeling particularly anxious, complementary practices such as pranayama (breathing exercises) or meditation could support the process. These of course work over time, much like anu tel itself, which does require consistency to notice changes. Using it regularly for a couple of months is generally needed to start seeing improvements.

Consistency is indeed important, but don’t worry if you miss a day here and there. Try to make it a regular part of your routine. If the problem persists or worsens, consult an Ayurvedic practitioner to explore deeper causes, as it could be linked with deeper dosha imbalances that anu tel alone might not address.

While anu tel can be a natural aid, make sure you are also addressing diet — aim for warm, easily digestible foods, and try to avoid excessive junk food. These dietary steps can greatly enhance the benefits of anu tel. Always be mindful of your body’s responses and work towards a balanced lifestyle.
