But if you have a lot of active pimples, then you have to settle them first.

I work mostly with Ayurveda treatments for gynic cases, hormonal ups-and-downs, chronic skin troubles and a few other things that always need more gentle hands than people expect. My focus stays on understanding the root-cause, balancing doshas properly, and giving care that feel practical not over complicated.
