How can I improve my digestion of cow milk? - #43428

When I take milk ,I get constipation. I take cow milk of mother dairy brand. I have tried all available mills with same issue. I have vata body. Tall very thin and weak digestion. What can I do to increase digestion power so that i can digest cow milk easily?
